Today is Grandma "George is Pee-nah's" (Josephina) birthday. We started teaching her grandma and great grandma's names... as she calls them all "hahl muh nee Nam" and "jinjoo hahl muh nee Nam". Looks like the Nam family is growing as my brother Jonny is now Jonny or "ah-jjih" Nam, Chris Nam, Danny Nam, Patty Nam (adds the e-moh in there sometimes)...
Btw, when we first started to teach Abby her great-grandmother's name, it sounded more like Geng -is- Kohn instead of Moon Ja Kwon. My uncle loves the history of Genghis Kahn so it was pretty funny to hear that from her. We were cracking up!!!
