72 hour virus?
Since this Wednesday night, Abby had a fever... strange, but only at night did it get worse. Last night was the worst... 101.6 degrees F. We took her to the pediatrician this morning and ruled out an ear infection, sore throat, and allergic reaction. Phew! Tonight, Abby's fever seems to have disappeared - at least for now... she was sleeping when we returned from Paul and Lina's wedding and the fever was gone. It really must've been the 72 hour virus - whatever it was! We hope to see her smiling again tomorrow.

yeah, i read that baby's body temp goes up slightly in the evening, so fevers tend to flare up then too. maybe she's teething?
