Mini cheesecake cups

For our 3rd to last class of the fall, we will be working on a new recipe as we learn how to make mini cheesecake cups.  We will first learn how to make a crumbled graham cracker crust, and then learn how to make the filling for our tasty treats.  Ingredients include:
 
Graham crackers
Melted butter
Cream Cheese
Sugar
Vanilla
Heavy Cream
 
*For best taste, chill these cheesecake cups in the fridge for an hour or two until firm before eating.  You can also add fresh fruit or drizzle with fruit topping.  Enjoy!
